This is for you if…
✋
You’re leading creative work inside a growing church
✋
Your role has expanded beyond your knowledge
✋
You want practical training for real church creative work
This might not be for you if…
😵
You want passive content but not ongoing development
😵
You do not currently lead or influence creative work
😵
You’re looking for design tutorials (this isn’t design 101)
Not a software class. Not beginner design.
We’re not covering design basics or step-by-step tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. This is ongoing training for creative leaders in growing churches who need help thinking, deciding, directing, and leading at a higher level.
We’ll focus on the real work of church creative leadership: guiding projects, building direction, giving feedback, leading teams, and making creative decisions with more clarity.
Lens: Creative Leadership for Growing Churches
Enrollment closes Tuesday, May 26
Your church has grown. So has your role.
If you lead creative work in a church, you’ve felt the shift. The church has grown. Your role has expanded. And with it:
The pressure is heavier
The projects are complex
The team is growing
But the training hasn't kept up. You’re carrying more responsibility and faster timelines without a roadmap.
I’ve been there. I spent years building the systems I needed to lead with clarity. I care about this because creativity in the church transformed my relationship with Jesus. Our work isn’t just "production"—it’s how people experience the Gospel.
If you feel that tension, lean into it. I created The Director’s Room to be the resource I wish I had: a space to gain the preparation that matches our passion.
In it with you! - Kary
