I wanted to share with you a valuable tool that has completely transformed the way I work: the Creative Process. Although it's fundamental to creative work, many creatives fail to implement it, resulting in solutions that aren’t their best. Don't let that happen to you.

I’ve been thinking about the impact of character in our careers. The “success” I’ve had has come from consistent character, not just skill. I’ve been granted “access” before I had skill. That’s a beautiful thing — it signals that those around you trust in you enough based mostly on character. Why? Because good character is embedded with qualities that see things through and do them well.

{Question} Hey Kary! I work with “X” Church as their art director and senior designer. I’m trying to rework our project management system for all our creative projects (design, video, etc). The not so fun part of creative! Looking at apps such as Clickup, Teamwork, Asana, Monday, all those typical ones. Do you have any advice on this for systems you use at VOUS?
