Made for Makers

If you’re always “fitting in” your creative work between meetings, emails, and last minute requests…this is for you.

In this live workshop, we’ll map your real life, block your “Make Time”, and build a weekly schedule that supports the kind of work (and person) you’re becoming…not just your to-do list.

The problem isn’t you: it’s your time allocation

Most creatives blame themselves for being “bad at time management.”

But it’s not that you’re lazy, undisciplined, or all over the place: it’s that your week isn’t set up to support deep work.

  • Your days are chopped up by meetings

  • Your best energy goes to admin

  • Your creative work gets leftovers

No wonder it feels impossible to block uninterrupted make time or follow through on your ideas.

What we’ll cover:

In one session, you’ll learn to design a simple weekly rhythm that:

Protects your Make Time (deep creative work) with daily blocks

Matches your work to your energy across the week (not just what’s urgent)

Reduces decision fatigue because each day has a clear theme and focus.

Gives you a framework you can adjust as your season changes

Keeps your non-negotiables (family, faith, health, business) in view, not as an afterthought

Your Guide

Kary Acevedo

I’m Kary, a graphic designer, creative director, business owner, wife, and mom.

I first hit this time management tension back in 2018 when my husband Angel and I were running a full-time design agency. As the work grew, so did the chaos. It felt impossible to keep up.

That sent me on a search for better ways to structure my time. The Weekly Schedule framework inside this workshop is what helped me build a rhythm that supports my creativity, my family, and my work. And it’s what I want you to walk away with.
